Spiced Banana Smoothie




  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups of plant based milk (almonds, coconut, cashew, oats...)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or PB2 powder
  • 2 tbsp vegan protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • A dash of ground black pepper 
  • 2 drops of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Stevia do taste (optional)
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut 

How to:

Blend all of the ingredients, except the shredded coconut. Add the coconut last and give it a stir. Enjoy!
